Effective August 27, 2026 · Version 1.0
Terms of service
These terms apply when a business uses Who Attends or orders a conference attendee list.
1. Provider and agreement
The service provider is Nikolaus Redl, trading as Who Attends, Kleistgasse 18/41, 1030 Vienna, Austria ("Who Attends", "we", "us"). These terms are a contract between us and the person or organization that creates an account, places an order, or uses the service ("Customer", "you").
If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. A signed order or agreement takes priority if it clearly says that it changes these terms.
The Data Processing Agreement forms part of this agreement when we process personal data for you.
2. The service
Who Attends turns a conference attendee directory into a cleaned CSV. The available fields can include attendee name, employer, role, location, and a matched professional profile. The order page or order confirmation states the conference, price, included work, and delivery terms.
We first check whether the source is available and whether we can make a useful list. We can refuse a request if access is not authorized, the event rules prohibit the work, the data is not available, or the result would not meet the agreed scope.
3. Accounts and access
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information.
- You must keep your Who Attends password and session secure.
- You must report suspected unauthorized access and change exposed credentials without delay.
- You are responsible for activity from your account unless the activity resulted from our breach.
4. Conference access
You can give us access details for a conference directory only if you are registered to attend and the organizer or applicable rules allow that access. You authorize us to use those details only to check and complete the requested list.
Send access details only through the method we specify. Do not reuse a password from another service. You remain responsible for the conference account and for compliance with the organizer's rules.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must:
- use the service and result only for lawful business purposes;
- follow privacy, direct marketing, employment, intellectual property, competition, and conference platform rules;
- have a legal basis for attendee data and give all notices required by law;
- check important data against its source before you rely on it; and
- obtain all rights and permissions needed for content, URLs, and access details that you give us.
You control how you use the delivered list. The privacy policy explains when we act as controller or processor.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use or help another person use the service to:
- access a directory without permission, bypass authentication, or evade technical controls;
- conduct unlawful surveillance, stalking, doxxing, discrimination, or profiling based on sensitive data;
- send spam, unlawful marketing, phishing, or abusive content;
- infringe privacy, database, copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or another person's rights;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the service or another customer; or
- resell the service or a delivered list unless the order clearly permits it.
7. Orders, fees, and taxes
The price, currency, scope, and payment time shown when you order or in the order confirmation apply to that order. A one-event purchase covers one attendee list. A five-event pack covers five attendee lists and uses its first event credit for the event selected at checkout. Taxes are added when required. Business customers must give a valid VAT ID and tax information when applicable. Stripe processes payment and invoice details. We do not store full card numbers.
Fees are not refundable after we start the ordered work, except when mandatory law requires a refund, we cannot deliver the agreed result, or we confirm an incorrect or duplicate charge. If we cannot accept the request during the initial access check, we will not charge the service fee or will refund it.
8. Delivery and acceptance
A delivery date is an estimate unless an order states that it is binding. Delivery can depend on conference access, directory changes, technical limits, and the customer's response time. We will tell you about a material delay.
Report a material error within 7 days after delivery. Give enough detail for us to reproduce it. We will correct a confirmed error in the agreed scope or provide another reasonable remedy.
9. Customer data and results
You keep your rights in content and access details that you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license during the service term to host, access, transmit, change, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the ordered service.
Conference and public-source data can be incomplete, old, duplicated, or wrong. We do not own third-party source content and do not give you rights that the source or law does not give. Check important facts and source rules before use.
10. Our intellectual property
We and our licensors keep all rights in the service, software, interface, design, documentation, branding, and improvements. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business during the agreement. This does not give a right to copy, sublicense, sell, or create a competing service from protected parts of Who Attends.
We can use feedback without payment. We will not publicly identify you as its source without permission.
11. Availability and support
We do not promise continuous operation, access to every conference directory, complete third-party data, or a result for every request. External websites, conference applications, networks, and payment systems are outside our control.
No service level agreement applies unless a signed order includes one. Send support requests to support@supercenter.dev.
12. Suspension and termination
We can suspend access when reasonably needed to address a security risk, suspected unlawful use, non-payment, material breach, risk to a conference source or another customer, or a legal duty. When practical, we will give notice and time to correct the issue.
Either party can terminate for an uncured material breach. We can end access at once if the breach cannot be corrected or if continued service would be unlawful or unsafe. The privacy policy states the deletion and legal retention rules.
13. Warranties
Each party confirms that it can enter into this agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the service and third-party data are provided "as available". We exclude implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement where law permits. A clear promise in an order remains in effect.
14. Liability
These terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, fraudulent concealment, or liability that Austrian law does not let us limit.
For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contract duty and only for damage that was typical and reasonably foreseeable when the contract started. Subject to this rule and the mandatory exceptions above, each party's total liability for an order is limited to the fees paid or payable for that order. To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost savings, or loss caused by unverified third-party data.
15. Changes
We can update these terms for changes to the service, security, law, or the business. A material change applies at least 30 days after we give notice by email or in the service, unless an urgent legal or security change must apply sooner. A change does not alter a completed order or an earlier claim.
16. Governing law and contact
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts with subject-matter jurisdiction in Vienna, Austria, have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes between businesses. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain in effect.
If one provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These terms, the order, the DPA, and the linked policies are the full agreement for the service.
Send legal notices to contact@supercenter.app or by post to Nikolaus Redl, Kleistgasse 18/41, 1030 Vienna, Austria.
